At this stage, players aged 15-16 (girls) and 16-18 (boys) have made a conscious decision to pursue a potential career as professional tennis players. TennisFit Pro offers tailored workouts and activities designed to support these dedicated athletes as they strive to perform consistently at their best. Adopting a “24/7” athlete mentality, players must learn to manage various factors that contribute to their overall performance, such as nutrition, recovery, and psychological readiness.

Includes a standardized 6 scheduled fitness days/week plus a recovery day.

Girls, Key Areas to Focus On:

  • Further develop strength.
  • Develop explosive-strength and explosive-strength endurance.
  • Cardio run target: 3’30 (1000m), 1’10 (400m).

  • Prevent injuries (S.A.M. principle).
  • Strengthen deep muscles.
  • Move and run fast in specific situations.
  • Master multi-directional movements.
  • Develop the capacity to accelerate, decelerate, and change direction quickly.

 

  • Transfer physical qualities from general to specific on-court situations.
  • Master stretching techniques, with emphasis on shoulders and hips; lower and upper body dissociation.
