Here athletes are committed to a lifestyle that prioritizes training, competition, recovery, and equipment management. Embracing a “24/7” athlete mindset, players must learn to cope with different competitive situations, such as different surfaces, altitudes, and game styles. Includes a standardized 6 scheduled fitness days/week plus a recovery day.

  • Achieve Level 12 (Léger): 3’30 (1000m), 1’10 (400m).

  • Prevent injuries (S.A.M. principle).
